Turn Off The Cell Phone's patent pending PhonEnforcer technology prevents cell phone use when driving.

PhonEnforcer turns off the phone when the cell phone is traveling at driving speed. This removes the possibility of engaging in dangerous cell phone use. PhonEnforcer does more than just stop incoming or outgoing calls or texts, it turns off the phone completely*. You get this protection against distracted driving for a low, one-time charge.

PhonEnforcer turns off the phone when the phone is traveling more than 9 miles per hour (or a speed selected by the phone owner in Standard and above packages). We use sophisticated, patent-pending programming to determine the speed of travel and to turn off the phone. The cell phone is turned off so there are no driving distractions. No texts, no calls, no checking old messages, no games. No cell phone distractions. Simple and very effective.

* "Turn off", when used with Android and some Windows phones, means the network connections are turned off. Voice, email, text, and internet are disabled.

PhonEnforcer Is Flexible

You can easily allow legal use of the cell phone. For example, if the cell phone user is a passenger, PhonEnforcer provides the flexibility to use the phone normally while moving at driving speed (in Standard and above packages). To be sure this flexibility is used properly, PhonEnforcer sends messages to your email or text addresses whenever use of the phone at driving speed is enabled. These messages alert you to verify phone use is proper.

PhonEnforcer Allows Emergency Use

While it is never safe to use a cell phone while driving, the cell phone can be used in an emergency. In virtually all emergency situations, a driver should pull over and stop before using the phone. The driver then simply turns on the phone, and the phone works normally. If it is impossible to pull over and stop, the driver can still make an emergency call or text. The driver can turn on the phone and turn off the PhonEnforcer application (Standard and above packages only). This allows normal use of the phone. You would be notified of the incident by PhonEnforcer. We recommend putting the PhonEnforcer icon on the home screen for fast access.

PhonEnforcer Alerts You If The Phone User Attempts To Prevent Turning Off The Phone While Driving

PhonEnforcer notifies you if any of the controls you set up at installation are changed. In addition, PhonEnforcer checks the device functions, such as GPS, to make sure these are working properly. If important functions are disabled, you are notified. You also receive messages when PhonEnforcer turns off the phone at driving speed. Receiving this message assures you PhonEnforcer is working properly. This message is an important verification the user is not engaged in distracted driving.

PhonEnforcer Standard Package Features:

1. PhonEnforcer automatically turns off the phone when the phone is traveling faster than the turn off speed.
2. PhonEnforcer automatically starts running when the phone is turned on. PhonEnforcer can be manually turned on (or off) if the phone is already on.

Addresses can be email addresses and/or phone numbers for text messages (some phones are limited to only text addresses or only email addresses).
